Ordering
You can order from Steel’s Fudge online by using our simple easy-to-use and secure shopping cart system. All you need to do is select your item(s), pick the quantity and amount and your total will be displayed as you shop on the bottom left corner of our screens. We allow you to customize your orders by picking your own flavors and amounts.

Cancellation:

If for ANY reason you wish to cancel your order you must nofity us via Phone only. Once the orders have been shipped cancellation is unavailable. 

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed online will be shipped as indicated. Most orders ship out next day unless otherwise noted. We may take up to 7 business days to ship out your order. Ship to arrive by policy: We make our best effort for packages to arrive by the date selected, however packaes may arrive before or after the date selected. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Overnight shipping is based on product availibility and order receipt time. Call to confirm when your overnight package will be shipped. Steels Fudge reserves the right to use whichever carrier they deem fit. Customers who pay for UPS services will only be shipped via UPS. 

SHIP TO ARRIVE BY: Use of the ship to arrive by is only intended delay shipping once orders are recieved by us. Most "Ship Now" orders go out same or next business day. Indicating a Ship to arrive by date does NOT mean your package will arivve on the specified date. Your package could arrive before or after the date specified. 

SHIPPING DELAYS: Once packages have been marked "arriving late" by the USPS Steels Fudge reserves the right to implement a 14 day waiting period from the accepted date to re ship/ refund your order. We count the days Monday To Saturday excluding Sundays and Postal Holidays. 

UPS SHIPPING: We offer the option to ship orders via UPS. You may select UPS as a shipping option in the checkout menu. Please note that expedited shipping speeds are only to shorten transit time. We aim to ship orders out the same or next business day but delays can and sometimes do happen. 

Webcam

The Steel's Fudge Ocean City webcam has been discontinued. 

Privacy Policy
Your information is captured only for ordering, making purchases and providing information about our specials, deals and new products. Your information will not be shared with outside marketing companies who are not part of the candy industry or share similar product interests.

Credit Card Purchases
Credit card purchases are run and authorized by Authorize.net. Their privacy policies and other terms are listed below. Please contact Steel’s Fudge Customer Service at 1-888-783-3571 or email us at CustomerService@SteelsFudge.com, if you feel that a credit card transaction is in error.
